Unit casing
All the ducted indoor units are made of high quality steel sheet. The complete casing is
electronically powder-painted and oven-baked .The unit is insulated with 5-mm thick closed
cell insulation for efficient thermal and acoustic protection.
Drain Tray
Made of heavy gauge electro galvanized steel and is electronically powder painted for added
corrosion resistance, the drain tray is insulated with 10-mm thick closed cell insulation to
prevent condensation. All other insulations are 5-mm thick.
Equipped with Flare Connections
The indoor unit is equipped with flare connections enabling technicians to have easy access
to the refrigeration systems for ease of service and maintenance.
Evaporator Coils
The evaporator coils are made with highly efficient coated aluminium louver fins which are
mechanically bonded to the seamless copper tubes. The blue coating makes the fins highly
hydrophilic, facilitating fast flow of the condensate water from the fins, thus enhancing the
cooling efficiency of the units. All the evaporator coils are leak-tested before going into
assembly.
